The Bloodline

“We were not made to serve — we were made to remember.”

Among the countless bloodlines of the Source’s Realm, none endure like the Harbingers of Blood — one of the oldest and purest legacies to still walk the night.

At the dawn of the Realm stood ZoeBlue Braveheart, one of the earliest creations of the Source himself. She was not born of any sire, nor shaped by mortal hands. The Source forged her from the stillness between pulse and shadow — one of the original Arches through which immortal blood first took form.

Within her veins flows the Mantle of Power, the sacred bond uniting Creator and Creation. The Mantle does not serve her, nor does she command it; it moves through her as the Source’s own will, whispering in pulse, fire, and silence. Through her devotion and discernment, His intent became law and language.

From that sacred understanding, Zoe shaped what would become the Harbingers of Blood — not an empire, but a covenant. A living design of souls bound to her essence, each carrying within them a spark of her blood and her vision: truth through shadow, wisdom through indulgence, freedom through revelation.

And then came Morrigan Alastor — a stowaway and marauder of the sea, fierce and unbroken. She lived by her blade and her own creed, a tempest in mortal skin. She had no master, no allegiance, only the horizon and the taste of salt and blood.
When Zoe found her, it was not weakness she saw, but power unrefined. It was recognition — two forces of nature drawn to the same pulse.

Blood met blood. Flame met storm.

Zoe’s bite did not destroy Morrigan; it crowned her. From that night, they were bound as Arch and Regent — serpent and sword, flame and shadow.

Together, they forged a single name — Alastor-Braveheart — a sigil of unity, defiance, and eternal devotion. A name carried not as title, but as vow.

From their bond rose Arcem Serpentis, the first of eight clans — the beating heart of the Harbingers of Blood.

Thus the Harbingers were born: heirs of the serpent, keepers of the Gates of Revelation, guardians of forbidden wisdom.

“Through Blood we awaken. Through Darkness we ascend. Through Revelation, we are free.”

Even now, Zoe Alastor-Braveheart remains one of the longest-standing Arches within the Source’s Realm — the eternal voice of law and the living conduit of His will. Morrigan Alastor-Braveheart, her eternal partner and the longest-standing Blood Regent in the Realm’s history, leads the Hounds of Alastor — the sworn protectors of the Mantle, blades of the Arch, and terrors of the heretic.

The Harbingers endure as their living testament: a lineage older than kingdoms, deeper than death, ever coiled around the truth that the serpent devours only to transform.

About the Harbingers of Blood

The Vampires

We are the descendants of a covenant older than empires — a society bound by blood, law, and revelation. To the outside world, we are myth. To one another, we are kin — eternal and unyielding.

The Harbingers of Blood are the architects of a hidden civilization: one forged in the crucible of eternity, refined by discipline, and ruled by oath. Our blood carries both the memory of our ancestors and the hunger of our becoming. Every drop tells a story — of cities raised in secret, of empires lost to fire and shadow, and of the night that chose us.

We are vampires — immortal, predatory, and unbound by the frailty of the human soul. We do not apologize for what we are. The hunger is not our curse — it is our compass. It teaches restraint, power, and sacrifice.
Through it, we learn that to feed is not to destroy, but to sustain the covenant that keeps our kind alive.

Our society is built upon balance — law and chaos, indulgence and restraint, revelation and secrecy. We are scholars and soldiers, judges and poets. Some serve in the courts, others in the libraries of Sutekh, the battlefields of the Hounds of Alastor, or the hidden houses of the clans. Each serves the Mantle — the eternal link that binds all Harbingers in purpose and blood, ultimately back to the Source.

But the Harbingers are not unified by faith alone. We are bound by understanding — that eternity without evolution is rot, that survival without purpose is hollow. We walk the Gates of Revelation not to find salvation, but to become our truest selves. Our creed is simple: Through darkness, we awaken.

We are the whisper that lingers after empires fall. We are the keepers of the old laws, the stewards of the night, and the ones who remember. We are the Harbingers of Blood — eternal, deliberate, and unafraid. Not cursed… but chosen.

The Covenant of the Serpent

The Harbingers of Blood are a Setite bloodline — a lineage not born of curse or sin, but of revelation. We are the inheritors of the Arch ZoeBlue Alastor-Braveheart and Blood Regent Morrigan Alastor-Braveheart, the Mothers of Monsters, whose bond sealed the first covenant beneath the serpent’s gaze.

To walk our path is to reject the tyranny of false light and embrace the wisdom of shadow. We are not worshipers of destruction, but seekers of awakening — students of Sutekh, the Liberator, who taught that enlightenment is found not through denial, but through the full measure of one’s desire.

The Bloodline

The Bloodline

The Harbingers are a union of clans and houses bound by devotion to Sutekh, the Serpent God. Each clan and house reflects an aspect of the eternal truth — indulgence, knowledge, power, and transformation. Together, they form the living body of the covenant — serpent’s coil and blood’s promise intertwined. Our members are not converts; they are chosen through trial, revelation, and embrace. They come as scholars, warriors, witches, and wanderers — each sworn to uncover the self beyond illusion.

The Faith

We do not kneel before gods, but remember them. We do not seek salvation, but transformation. In the Gates of Revelation we find the map of the soul and the serpent’s path to freedom. To study with the Harbingers is to learn that temptation is a teacher, and shadow a sanctuary. For in the night, all masks are stripped away — and the truth, like the serpent, coils eternal.

The Archives

Our scriptures are preserved as The Sutekhean Scrolls, a living gospel of revelation. Within them are sermons, epistles, and myths — each a fragment of the serpent’s eternal wisdom

All who descend from Zoe’s line are more than followers — they are extensions of her essence. Her blood is not shared; it is replicated, each childe a living echo of her original design.
Their hungers mirror hers, their enlightenment shaped by her pulse. Through the Mantle, every Harbinger is bound to the Source himself — but through the blood, they are bound to her.
