Department of General Education

Specialization: Foundational Bloodline Education, Progeny Systems, and Source Law

Overview

The Department of General Education forms the cornerstone of every Harbinger’s education.
Here, students are introduced to the systems, traditions, and sacred expectations that define both their survival and their place within the greater order of the Source’s Realm.

Under the guidance of Carina AB Dragonheart, initiates learn not only the structure of law and governance, but also the customs and disciplines required to live and thrive within the Bloodline. These courses are designed to ensure that every Harbinger—regardless of age or rank—understands the lineage they belong to, the responsibilities they bear, and the pathways to resolve conflict or uncertainty with wisdom and grace.

This department provides the essential grounding for every member of the Bloodline: from fledgling to Sovereign, from scholar to warrior. It equips students with the knowledge needed to navigate family hierarchies, uphold Bloodline expectations, and engage properly within the laws and culture of the Source’s Realm.

The Bloodline Charter
An exploration of the Charter that defines the Harbingers of Blood—its founding principles, structure, laws, and judicial order. Students examine the hierarchy of leadership, the duties of Houses and Clans, and the roles of the Arch, Blood Regent, and their representatives in maintaining stability within the Bloodline.

Progeny Realm
A comprehensive study of the Progeny realm and its legal framework. Students learn how the greater systems of law, lineage, and authority interact with Harbinger society—understanding both the differences and the alignments between Bloodline and Progeny governance.

Source’s Law and Divine Expectation
A philosophical and practical introduction to the sacred laws of the Source and their reflection within the Bloodline. Students explore how divine authority manifests through the Arch and the Blood Regent via the Mantle of Power, and how those energies shape the Bloodline’s order, purpose, and spiritual conduct.

Family Order and Conduct
Instruction on etiquette, hierarchy, and the expectations of behavior within one’s House, Clan, and Bloodline.
Students learn the appropriate channels for addressing conflict, maintaining loyalty, and supporting the unity of the Harbingers as both a political body and a sacred family.

Classes are held regularly within the University’s primary lecture halls and all new initiates are strongly encouraged to take these courses and to engage in more specialized study. For enrollment or inquiries, contact Carina AB Dragonheart or the University Board.

Philosophy

“To know the Blood is to know yourself. To understand the law is to preserve the family.”
